Childhood Trauma

Childhood Trauma can range from a death of a family member or loved one to conflict within the family. It is not unusual to find that childhood issues can impact upon current relationships and life in general. My approach is to assist others to overcome their past and build the future they choose and want through development of skills and resilience.

Managing the Manager

This work often involves assisting people to manage work-place challenges and conflicts. This service is available to employers and employees alike. The focus of my work is to address any lack of skill identified by employers or employees such as assertion, conflict resolution and performance based issues. I am also able to provide training to staff in relation to conflict, stress management and performance issues.
